Peter Norman Spratt and Colin Michael Trevethyn Haig were appointed as joint administrators of Castleleigh Holdings Limited on 1 May 2009 and as joint administrators of Charters Developments Limited on 6 May 2009 to manage their affairs, business and property as agents and without personal liability.
